Sloe Gin Fizz

1 egg

1 Teaspoon powered sugar

2 oz. (60 ml) Sloe Gin

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 8 oz. highball glass fill with carbonated waterand stir, garnish with a slice of Lemon. 

Sidecar Cocktail

Juice 1/4 Lemon

1/2  oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec

1 oz. (30 ml) Brandy

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 oz. Cocktail glass.

Violet Fizz

Juice 1/2  Lemon

 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Dry Gin

1/2 Teaspoon Powdered Sugar    

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Creme de Yevette

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 7 oz. Highball glass, fill with carbonated water and stir.

 

Flaming Lamborghni

1oz. (30 ml) Blue Curacao          

1 oz. (30 ml ) Sambuca

1oz. (30 ml) Coffee Liqueur

6oz. (180 ml) Vodka              

4 oz. (120 ml) Peach Schanapps

6oz. (180 ml) Coconut Rum    

4 oz. (120 ml) UV Blue Vodka

Strawberry Peach Vodka Collins Frozen Shots (or Poptails)

6 oz. pureed Strawberries (about 10)                

12 oz.(290 ml) Tonic Water

2 oz.(60 ml) Peach syrup                                          

 2 oz.(60 ml) plus 3 oz.(80 ml) Vodka (divided use)

Stir Strawberry puree with 2oz of Vodka and place three teaspoons strawberry mixture in bottom of shot glass , Stir Peach syrup with tonic water stir to combine , add Vodka and stir again , pour Peach and Vodka mixture over Strawberry mixture and stir to combine , Freeze for about *two hours *(in shot glasses) ***( overnight for poptails ) ****(to make them into poptails , simply pour mixture in a popsicle mould and insert sticks)

PEACH SYRUP

1/2 cup sliced peaches 

1 cup water 

1 cup sugar

Place Peaches in blender or food processer , add sugar and water and boil for five minutes

 

Berry White Sangria Pops

1 cup water                            

 1 tablespoon Orange Liqueur

1/3 cup sugar                          

 4 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1 cup chilled Pinot Grigio            

1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup thinly sliced Strawberries

WINE MIXTURE

In medium bowl stir hot water and sugar until disolved , stir in wine ,orange liqueur and lemon juice

divide fruits among 7 (5oz) paper cups, pour in wine mixture into cups, cover with foil and insert popsicle stick

These will take a few hours to freeze due to the alcohol in them

Bomb Pop Drink

Splash of Grenadine            

 2 shots of Blue Curacao

2 shots of Bacardi Razz Rum  

2 shots of Lemonaide

Fill the glass with ice , put splash of Grenadine over ice , Pour Bacardi Razz slowly over ice , then add the Lemonaide , finally add the Blue Curacao over ice

Blarney Stone Cocktail

2 oz.(60 ml) Irish Whiskey            

1/2 Teaspoon Curacao

1/2 Teaspoon Absinthe      

1/4 Maraschino

1 Dash Bitters

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 3 oz. cocktail glass ,Twist of orange peel and serve with an olive.

Blood Slide

1/3 Peach Schnapps

1/3 Cranberry juice

1/3 Vodka

Chill the alcohol in freezer before use, pour Schnapps in a double shot glass , gently pour Cranberry juice, carefully layer the Vodka on top

The Spoiler (River Song)

2 oz(60 ml). Gin

1 oz.(30 ml) St. Germain Liqueur

1/2 oz(15 ml). Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a mixer filled with ice , shake well , serve straight up or on the rocks , with a lime wheel garnish

** Optional , squeeze a fresh lime instead of using lime juice

Freeze Ray

1 oz.(30 ml) Vodka

1.5 oz.(8 ml) Creme de Menth

5 oz.( 150 ml) Spite

Fill a highball glass with crushed ice, add in the alcoholic ingredients , and fill with Sprite

The 11th Doctor (Fish Fingers & Custard)

1 1/2 oz.( 45 ml) Butterscotch Schnapps          

3/4 oz.(25 ml) Vanilla Vodka 

1 oz.(30 ml) Maker's Mark ( or other Bourbon)  

 8 oz.(240 ml) Eggnog

Garnish with powdered graham crackers & swedish fish

Place ingredients into a shaker , shake , strain into glass , top with the fine Graham cracker dust , place swedish fish on rim of glass

 

 

The Cyberman or Upgrade Coctail

4 or 5 sprigs of mint      

1 oz. (30 ml) Silver Tequila

3/4 oz.(25 ml) Rose's Lime        

4 oz.(120  ml) Club Soda

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Agave Nectar      

1 oz.(30 ml) Blue Curaco

add mint , Rose Lime , and Agave nectar to glass , muddle profusely , add remaining ingredients , fill mixer 3/4 full with ice , pour contents into collins glass (including ice) , serve with mint or lime garnish

The Master

1 oz.(30 ml) Dark Rum            

 1 or 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 oz,(30 ml) Creme de Cacao  

 4 oz.(120 ml) Coca Cola

Gallifrean Double Sunrise

1 oz.(30 ml) Pineapple juice    

 Orange juice

1 oz.(30 ml) Lime juice            

 Grenadine

Fill a tall glass to brim with ice , pour the lime and pineapple juice , add Orange juice and sink grenadine to bottom of glass, garnish with two slices of Orange

Sonic Screwdriver

1 oz.(30 ml) vodka              

1 splash Rose Blue Raspberry mix

1 oz.(30 ml) blue curacao    

dash Orange juice

Place ingredients into highball glass , fill with ice , and add Orange juice

Regeneration

4 oz.(120 ml) Sprite

4 oz.(120 ml) Red Bull

1 oz.(30 ml) Pineapple juice

pour ingredients into shaker with ice , shake gently , strain into a tall glass over ice

4 oz.(120 ml) Gingerale                  

1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 oz(30 ml). Captain Morgan's Rum  

Ground Nutmeg

1 oz.(120 ml) Jack Daniel's                

1 Lemon twist

**1/2 oz.(15 ml) Tequila (Optional)

Mix all liquid ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice , stir , dust with nutmeg to garnish  , rim glass with lemon twist

**For an extra kick add 1/2 oz. Taquila

Cowboy Bebop Cocktail ( Bloody Eye)

1.5 oz.(8 ml) rye whisky      

 1/2 oz.(15 ml) Countreau

1 oz.(30 ml) sake                    

1 dash of Peychauds Bitters

combine all ingredients in shaker , add ice and strain
